Chelsea Wallace is the Sr. Paralegal and Office Manager.  Chelsea is an Arizona native and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University.  Chelsea is an avid dog lover, yoga instructor and enthusiast with a passion for nutrition and health.

Tikesha (Ty) Fields


Ty rejoined the Firm in 2013 after taking time off for her growing family.  In addition to being a gifted paralegal, Ty’s passion lies in baking (with an emphasis in salted caramel).  Ty has handled well over 1,000 adoptions in Maricopa County and surrounding counties, and is widely viewed as one of the most experienced (14 years) adoption and complex custody paralegals in Arizona. 

Natascha Martin

Natascha is the Firm’s Director of First Impressions and Legal Assistant.  Natascha has her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Phoenix College and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from American Military University, with honors from both colleges.  Outside of work Natascha enjoys spending time with her son and riding her motorcycle.

Erica Amaral

Erica earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan College (formally known as Long Technical College) in 2007 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Everest College Phoenix in 2010. Erica has worked as a Paralegal since 2007 and has specialized in Family Law since 2008. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and is a beauty enthusiast.  


Ashley is the newest member of our team.  She earned her Paralegal Studies degree from Phoenix College in 2014.  Ashley enjoys traveling the country.  She got to see a lot of the world while working on cruise ships.  


Anna is the firm’s law clerk. Anna finished her first year of law school at Pepperdine University School of Law and then transferred to the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where she is currently a third year student. In her free time, Anna enjoys going snowboarding and reading crime novels.
