Gregg R. Woodnick

Gregg is a graduate of the University of Arizona and earned his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University (Sandra Day O’Connor) College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona with special permission to practice criminal law on the Fort McDowell/Pima Tribal Court. Gregg represents clients in matters pending in courts throughout Arizona and serves as a Court Appointed Advisor to the Maricopa County Superior Court. In addition to representing parties in Criminal, Divorce and Custody matters, Gregg represents parents accused of neglect and child abuse in both Juvenile and Family courts. Gregg is frequently called upon by other attorneys as a consultant in cases involving maltreatment of children and sentence mitigation.

In his limited spare time Gregg enjoys hiking, and spending time with his two boys.

Recent Awards

Gregg R. Woodnick was honored in the 2011 Arizona Attorney Magazine by The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education as a Top Pro Bono Attorney. 

Gregg was recognized for his commitment to the Anti-Defamation League's 2010-2011 Glass Leadership Institute. His interest in the ADL focuses on hate crimes and civil rights issues involving same-sex partners.
